How To Tape Biceps Tendinitis >

  1. Measure the required length from top of shoulder covering biceps
  2. Measure a second strip across the sore spot
  3. Round the corners to prevent them lifting off
  4. Gutter the tape towards itself to catch the leading edge
  5. Apply an inch at each end with no stretch
  6. Apply along length of biceps with 50% stretch
  7. Short strip across the sore spot applied with 70% stretch
